So any range certified adults and maybe any would badgers looking for a ticket item?  If you would be interested, please reach out to Jason Booker (scoutmaster@troop1001.org) or Stephanie Molina (committeechair@troop1001.org).

Railroading MB Notes

Posted on Oct 22 2023 - 6:55pm
Wondering how to finish the Railroading merit badge that was started at the meeting last week?  Here's what you need to know:
Mr. Lewis, Mr. Booker, and Mr. Chrisman can review your workbooks to see that it’s filled in and for checking off requirement 2a.  Requirements 7b1 and 7b2 will be earned on the campout.

For those boys that cannot make the campout,  you can still finish the merit badge by visiting the Museum of the American Railroad (requirement 7b1) in Frisco [https://www.historictrains.org/] and by riding on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad (requirement 7b2) in Grapevine [https://www.gvrr.com/]. The MB workbook notes and the campout permission slip can be found HERE
