Congratulations to John Henry for earning his Eagle Scout Rank! He is number 205 on the Troop's Eagle Honor Roll. We will be building Planter Boxes for St. Jude Center, which is a Transitional housing facility in Dallas.

June 20th, we will be staining wood

June 21st and 22nd, we will be building the Planter boxes.  We need 9 scouts and 3 adults for each day.  We will be using power tools (Screw Guns, Mitre Saw and Table Saw).  If you have an extra screw gun and/or eyewear, please comment in the sign up genius, so that we can plan appropriately. Please join us for the annual Adult Recognition Banquet.  We will be holding this event during dinner time at Twilight Camp where many of you will already be volunteering, we will work quickly to get you in and out.  For those of you who are not volunteering at Twilight Camp please come on out and enjoy some BBQ and see some of your fellow scouters acknowledged for their contribution to the Northern Trail District.

We are hosting in a “potluck” style.  Steve Bloberger and I will be bringing the meats and we need side dishes to feed the masses.  John and Phyllis Slaughter will be bringing plates, cutlery, and cups.  We will have a great time but need YOU to be there to make it memorable.  We have District Award of Merit, Robert E. Little, Silver Beaver, and Y.E.S. (Your Extraordinary Service) recipients who will all be recognized.

Please come and join us at Breckenridge Park - entrance B - 3555 Brand Rd, Richardson, TX 75082 at 5:50pm so we can start at 6:00 sharp.  We look forward to seeing you there!

We have a need for scouts and adults tomorrow.  Last check we have 13 scout slots, 3 driver spots and 1 copilot adult still open.   You do not have to sign up for your patrol.  You can sign up in any open slot.
