Patients are needed for the Wilderness First Class, Feb 24-26. These scouts and adults will act as patients in scenarios for the calss and are held at Prairie Creek Park.  The is a fun experience and the scouts can earn service hours for it. The times are Fri, Feb 24, 8:45 pm, Sat and Sun at 2:45 pm.  Boys can participate at one or more of the times; we will all meet in RM 1, TBC before going over to the park together. It's time for the 22nd Annual Shooting Campout at Quail Alley, Mr. Ken Raney's ranch, near Breckenridge, Texas! This year, an Iron Chef competition has been added, too! Mr. Raney invites scouts for a weekend of fun activities which also includes fishing and hiking as well as our annual dessert competition, judged by Mr. Raney himself. 

Scouts are encouraged to volunteer at TBC's next Church Work Day,  Saturday, Feb. 11th, starting at 8 AM.  Church Work Day is a great way to give back TBC and qualifies as service hours.

The troop will be having a special Winter Court of Honor on Monday, Feb, 6th at 7 PM.  In addition to recognizing scout advancement over the last few months,we will be celebrating the Eagle Court of Honor for Austin Hajek and David Lorenz.  The Hajek and Lorenz families will be holding a reception afterwards with cake and punch.
