Be Prepared!

Who: All Scouts, families, and Scout leaders

When: Sunday, February 7, 2010, 8:30 - 10:15 am

Where: Meet in the atrium at TBC at 8:30 am. Look for your SPL T.J.

Wear: Full Class A uniform. Be sure to wear your God and Country Award pin if you have earned one.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the BSA, the whole troop will attend our host church together. This is an optional activity but we urge all Scouts who can, and who are willing, to sit together at Trinity's worship service.

Meet T.J. in the atrium at 8:30 am. Form up in the corridor at 8:45 am and go to designated seats in the sanctuary. The service starts promptly at 9 am. The PLC will organize a flag ceremony. Pastor Jeff Miller will recognize the Scouts and make comments about Scouting and the 100th anniversary. The service is over at 10:15 am and you are free to leave at that time. Or, you may join T.J. F. and Zack M. in the Trinity Youth Ministry, which meets from 10:45 to noon, no reservations required.

Patrol leaders: please take a headcount at the February 1 meeting of your patrol members who will attend the service and provide to T.J. at the PLC.
