Friday, June 26, meet at TBC at 4:30 pm. The group should be finished by 5:30 p.m. We need five scouts for a closing flag ceremony at The Renaissance Hotel/convention center on Lookout and Central Expy. This is for the 2009 AVA National convention (American Volkssport Association). Girl Scouts will perform the opening ceremony.

Sunday, June 28, meet at TBC at 4:30 pm. The group should be finished by 6 p.m. We need five scouts for opening and closing flag ceremonies at the early Independence Day celebration for the Highland Springs Retirement Community at Coit and Frankford.
