Personal Fitness is an Eagle-required merit badge
Dan Bryan and Jeff Duryea will be conducting tests of aerobic fitness, flexibility, muscular strength and body composition for the Personal Fitness merit badge on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 10 am at the Richardson North Junior High School track. These tests are required for those scouts who have completed their 12 week personal fitness plan and for those who are planning to start. Please wear shorts and shoes suitable for athletic activity. Please have Scoutmaster Coon sign a blue card if you are starting out on the merit badge.
