Regular sessions for the Communications merit badge have ended, but Mrs. Lofley is encouraging scouts who attended the City Council work session to write and turn in their short summaries before they forget the details. Also, Mrs. Lofley is available to schedule a make-up session during the summer for Scouts who would like to present work completed toward the badge, such as the dreaded 5-minute speech.
