Boy Scout Troop 1001

Hello all Scouts and Scouters,

I hope that everyone had a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday.

We had a fantastic weekend backpacking in McGee State Park near Atoka, Oklahoma. Thank you to all that worked hard to make it a special experience for the troop.

It is time to start preparing for Court of Honor to be held at Camp Hoblitzelle in mid-December.

Monday night all scouts need to bring their Scout Handbook. Patrol leaders will be signing off on items for rank advancement. We will continue to work on patrol flags, songs and cheers. The meeting is a full Class A Uniform meeting as usual.

If a scout has an incomplete merit badge from summer camp and he has now finished the work, please bring verification to the meeting so records can be updated.
