ALL TROOP 1001 PARENTS AND SCOUTS ARE ASKED
TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SEMI-ANNUAL FUNDRAISER.
The troop uses the revenue from our support of the Cottonwood Art Festival for the purchase of camping equipment for the
outdoor programs and to keep the transportation costs
to a minimum for our out-of-District programs.
Sign-up sheets will be available at troop and committee meetings. Please look over the opportuinties below and sign up for several time slots.
Adults will be needed at 10:00 AM on Friday, 4 May 2007 to help unload
and set-up the participating artists. Take the day off work and make a difference!
Saturday and Sunday, duties requiring adult participation are Booth Sitting, Beer Garden Gate Keepers, Water Sales, and general
supervision of Scouts and Scouters.
Sunday Night is "All Hands Loading," 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, as we break down the artists'
booths and tents and load them into their vehicles for the trip home.
