 Troop 1001 Visit to the Capital
REPORT TO STATE & SCOUT PARADE
Plus Urban Orienteering and Campout
Who: Scouts and Scouters -- up to 56 passengers in the luxury motor coach (LMC)
When: February 2-4, 2007
LMC will depart from TBC at 6 pm on Friday,
so meet for check-in before 5:30
Return to TBC on Sunday by 1 pm
Cost: $25 per person includes LMC transportation, troop meals, and campfire skits.
Please pay with a check to "Troop 1001" by January 29
What:Ride in comfort to Austin on Friday evening, make camp at rustic Man-Shack Ranch!!! On Saturday morning, march proudly with other troops to the Capitol building!!!
Tour the historic State Capitol, the UT campus, and the Brazos Street What-a-Burger!!! Explore beautiful Austin with your patrol on an Urban Orienteering Scavenger Hunt!!!
Enjoy nature and fellowship Saturday evening with our Troop Campfire program!!!
Rise with the songbirds, break camp, and return with a treasure trove of experiences!!!
