Although the Scoutmaster is responsible for day-to-day operation of the boy-led program, the Troop Committee oversees the overall operation of the troop, including funding, the outdoor program, volunteer coordination, and many other important areas. All parents and adult leaders are encouraged to attend and have a voice in the success of Troop 1001.
